Return period
Customers have the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt.
Return Instructions
- Return Notification: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@forestfieldfashion.com with your order number and detailed reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide detailed instructions with a Return Authorization Form, and, if applicable, a pre-paid shipping label.
Packaging and Shipping
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.
- Please include the Return Authorization Form and any necessary supporting documents or images.
- Download and print the return label via the link in our email.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
Refund
- After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Refund Policy: A refund will be approved if the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly shipped products will be approved after inspection.
- Refund Methods: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Received Incorrect Product
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us and we will arrange return shipping and ensure you receive the correct product.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived, please contact us so we can start an investigation with the carrier. If the order is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement.
Order Cancellation
If you need to quickly cancel the order you just made before we start processing it, please send us an email to info@forestfieldfashion.com with your order number and we will take care of it. In case you contact us too late and the order is already being processed, don't worry - you can always send it back, but then you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
Damaged Order
First, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the damaged items and send them to us within 24 hours after receiving the package.
Send the photos together with your order number and an explanation of what is wrong.
We give the highest priority to these cases, because we want our customers to be satisfied! The most common solution is to send a new undamaged item, but let's discuss this at info@forestfieldfashion.com.
