Free shipping on all orders. No hidden costs.
Order processing
If you place your order before 2pm EST, we will start processing it the same day. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Transit time
Estimated transit time is between 5 to 7 business days. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. In case of loss or damage during transit, please contact our customer service.

Tracking information
After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.
You can track your order via our website. Simply enter your tracking number into our tracking portal at Track Your Order page to view the status of your order.

Delayed Order
Sometimes orders get delayed, and unfortunately for reasons beyond our control - usually bad weather or a high volume of orders.
Your order should arrive after a maximum of 9 business days (maximum 2 business days of processing and 7 business days in transport). We ask that you allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us at info@forestfieldfashion.com - we will then try to locate the order and see what is going on.
Order Cancellation
If you need to quickly cancel the order you just made before we start processing it, please send us an email to info@forestfieldfashion.com with your order number and we will take care of it. In case you contact us too late and the order is already being processed, don't worry - you can always send it back, but then you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
Damaged Order
First, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the damaged items and send them to us within 24 hours after receiving the package.
Send the photos together with your order number and an explanation of what is wrong.
We give the highest priority to these cases, because we want our customers to be satisfied! The most common solution is to send a new undamaged item, but let's discuss this at info@forestfieldfashion.com.
