Return Policy Overview:

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet these conditions:

- All tags, labels, and packaging should be intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or general wear and tear.

How to Return Your Order
If you need to return an item, please start by sending an email to info@forestfieldfashion.com. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos. Please note that returns which haven’t been approved in advance may not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions along with the return address. Make sure to pack the item securely—ideally in its original packaging—to avoid damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with the refund.
Refund Process
After verifying the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

How to Exchange an Item
If you would like to exchange an item for a different variant such as a size or model, please email info@forestfieldfashion.com with your order details and your exchange request. Exchanges are only possible within 30 days of receiving your order and the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the replacement, provided it is available in stock. If the requested item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@forestfieldfashion.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already entered processing or shipping, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may return the item upon delivery following our return procedure.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos showing the issue, including packaging if applicable.
